Curing Carsick Puppies

Traveling with your dog can be a challenge enough, but it becomes particularly difficult if your dog experiences carsickness. However, this can often be helped if not altogether cured by giving the dog some Dramamine. It is safe for most dogs, but it’s still a good idea to consult with your vet, as they will be able to advise you about dosage and the exact product to purchase.

This issue can also be resolved by using transport dog crates. Many dogs, after all, get additionally sick if they can feel the vibrations of the car and watch the scenery going by at a rapid rate. Having them in the crates with some bedding and padding will not only be comfortable, but it will also dampen some of those motion sickness inducing vibrations. Used in conjunction with the over the counter medication, you might just be able to put a stop to your dog’s incessant carsickness.
